AMPANS creates opportunities for labour integration. Dignified and valuable work for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, functional diversity, physical, sensory or mental illness. As a protected work placement, we offer productive and adapted work, and ensure that each person receives the supports that fit their needs.

Full sociolaboral inclusion goes through the right to decent and valuable work. From our comprehensive labor services, we support people with support needs in their professional stage. AMPANS created the Special Employment Center (CET) in 1969 to generate employment opportunities for people with disabilities, through productive and adapted work. Its purpose is the creation of stable jobs, adjusted to the reality of the market and aimed at the integration of people with disabilities.

Gardening service

We provide gardening and environmental solutions based on quality, efficiency, and sustainability criteria, for both companies and public administrations, as well as individuals.

Cleaning and laundry service

Flexible, agile, and efficient service designed to offer clean, hygienic, and safe environments with maximum quality and environmentally friendly cleaning processes.

Industrial services

Solutions in production processes for product manipulation, assembly, and verification in AMPANS facilities or integrated into the company's production line.

Work Inclusions

A group of workers from the AMPANS Special Work Center (CET) supervised by a monitor travels to the company's facilities to perform a specific job.

Concierge services

We offer a comprehensive concierge and customer service through a team of professionals trained internally to perform specific tasks.

Environmental services

We manage, through public tender of the Bages Consortium for waste management, 13 fixed and 3 mobile waste disposal sites.

Garden AMPANS

A gardening and floristry center committed to people.

Cheeses: Formatges Muntanyola

We make fourteen exquisite varieties of artisanal cheese from goat, buffalo, cow, and sheep.

Urpina Wines

We produce solidarity wines from the D.O. Pla de Bages, an explosion of colors, aromas, and flavors.

Canonge Restaurant

A cozy space, with modern and proximity cuisine, in the center of Manresa.

Caprabo Supermarkets

Two supermarkets managed entirely by people with disabilities: a pioneering social innovation project.

Newsstand

We sell newspapers, magazines, and gift items at the Hospital de Sant Joan de Déu in Manresa.

A multidisciplinary team supports the workers at the Special Work Center

A multidisciplinary team carries out personalized support tasks aimed at all workers in special work centers. These tasks range from training in work habits and skills to improving personal and social autonomy:

  • Support for workers in adapting to the workplace
  • Job monitoring
  • Ongoing training related to the job
  • Training in specialized areas
  • Psychological and social support
  • Support for families
