The Youth Guarantee practical training program regulated by Order TSF/1526/2020, of June 26, co-financed by the Youth Employment Initiative and the European Social Fund 2014-2020, with a co-financing of 91.89%, is a European employment initiative to reduce youth unemployment and help young people who are not in education or employment enter the labor market with the slogan ‘The European Social Fund invests in your future’. Its objective is to encourage the hiring of young people for practical training contracts with entities in the educational leisure sector, as provided by Decree-Law 21/2020, of June 2, on urgent measures of an economic, cultural, and social nature (ref. The Work and Training program, ORDRE TSF/2232/2019 of August 1st, in its PRGC Line, is aimed at unemployed people beneficiaries of the Guaranteed Citizen Income and is developed by the Department of Enterprise and Employment, through the Employment Service of Catalonia (SOC). This is a job placement program aimed at people with disabilities or mental health disorders and people at risk of social exclusion. The program offers companies a corporate social responsibility resource for labor integration.
The mission of the Incorpora Training Points is to improve the employability of people at risk or in a situation of social exclusion, so that they can enter or return to the job market.
AMPANS, with the support of “la Caixa,” promotes courses aimed at people at risk or in a situation of social exclusion who do not have access to post-compulsory education and who, through this program, receive very specific training for the job they will perform. The Incorpora Training Point seeks the involvement of the company throughout the training process. All training is based on empowering the person and developing cross-cutting competencies as a differential element to improve their employability.

Dual vocational training (DVT) is a program for promoting socio-educational integration and insertion aimed at young people aged 16 to 29 with intellectual disabilities or at risk of social exclusion. This program combines theoretical and practical learning with work through a training and apprenticeship contract. We offer training in industry services and gardening services.
The Orienta Program is a personalized professional guidance and placement assistance service to improve employability and facilitate the placement of unemployed people seeking employment or in precarious employment through employment orientation actions, knowledge of the productive environment and labor market prospecting. October 2022-September 2023.
