A tailored model has been created for young people who aim to learn a trade or return to the education system. Our goal is to accompany them in the process of building their future, helping them to enter the job market or reintegrate into the education system to continue their training.
This is an initiative of the SOC, financed by the European Social Fund under the Youth Guarantee plan, which has been running for more than 5 years. We manage it in collaboration with the Intermèdia Foundation.
The Noves Oportunitats program consists of various integrated actions of orientation, training, and support, and offers young people educational and work itineraries of up to 20 months. The different actions are personalized and adapted to the needs of each young person, who will come into contact with professions and companies, always accompanied and tutored. The different CNOs, distributed throughout the Catalan territory, have already achieved more than 470 job contracts and 275 returns to the education system..
