What makes the gardening center special are the people who work there taking care of the plants and the customer service they provide. At AMPANS, we train professionals in specific gardening, environmental, agriculture, and floristry services. Many of them find work at Garden, which operates as a Special Employment Center that guarantees the employment of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as for people at risk of social exclusion.
