The Kitchen of Dreams Canonge Restaurant is a project full of excitement that we started in 2008 in the center of Manresa, which provides employment opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities. A solidarity restaurant committed to people.
Our team consists of people who have been trained in hospitality and culinary services, who carry out their tasks professionally. An experienced team with a long trajectory and consolidated experience.
At Canonge, we offer contemporary cuisine based on local products, with a focus on rice dishes and desserts that we make daily in our bakery. A cozy space, ideal for your family and work meetings, special occasions, and for enjoying our daily menu, around a good table and with the best service. The kitchen and bakery, where fresh products and their own recipes are made, express the convergence between the territory and people, offering products from the vegetable gardens of Sant Benet, Sant Fruitós and the vegetable gardens and vineyards of Urpina (Sant Salvador de Guardiola), where AMPANS has one of its residential care homes.
We offer a seasonal daily menu and a comfortable space to enjoy it, from Monday to Friday at noon.

We make artisanal desserts that are finger-licking good! Our pastry team comes from the Canonge Occupational Center.
We have collaborated with prestigious chefs and restaurants such as Nandu Jubany and Diego Alías, Tickets and Compartir. The result: co-creation dishes that you can discover on our menu.
