Training model
Participants will carry out a series of training actions that will provide technical and instrumental knowledge to develop auxiliary operations in the administration and reception department, and basic customer service activities. The course includes administrative tasks of reception and management of correspondence and parcels, as well as resources to carry out good customer service.

What is the Singulars Programme?

The objective of the Singular Projects is to reinforce the employability of young people who are not employed and are not integrated in the education or training systems, by carrying out actions determined by the National Plan for the Implementation of the Youth Guarantee
The Singulars Programme offers an occupational training model to young people with functional diversity, with the aim of improving their employability and professional skills. Through training and guidance accompaniment, we work towards greater employability or return to education system. This subsidised training programme focuses on professional skills oriented towards administrative tasks and customer service.
