Commercial Projects. Social Economy for Diversity

With the aim of promoting the socio-labor inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities and those in situations of vulnerability, we undertake commercial projects and establish establishments where a wide range of trades are found. We are committed to projects based on social economy, with the purpose of providing fair job opportunities, from ethical projects that seek the full integration of the people served. We are producers, we are artisans, we are waiters, pastry chefs, cashiers, florists, and gardeners. We are the face and heart of a garden center, a restaurant, a newsstand, two supermarkets, five wines, and fourteen kinds of cheese.

The Special Work Center model

One of our key features is social and labor entrepreneurship, which generates job opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities and support needs, both in the present and in the future. This is where our Special Work Center (CET) service becomes crucial for full socio-labor inclusion.

Our commitment to diversifying sectors is largely due to providing diverse work experiences that fit the diversity of profiles of the people we support.

Beyond AMPANS

The ultimate goal is for them to gain self-confidence, knowledge, and experience that enables them to defend a job beyond AMPANS, within the job market of the region, and with the necessary support.
