VinculApp. Supporting diversity!

VinculApp is a mobile app by Fundació AMPANS that provides adapted resources such as tools, leisure activities and specific services for people with disAbilities and/or mental health disorders and their families.

This tool aims to improve the quality of life of users by offering an accessible and user-friendly platform to find relevant information, participate in community activities and access personalised services.

VinculApp has opened up a world of possibilities that I didn't know.
It allows me to keep up to date with activities and supports that make our daily lives easier.

VinculApp offers a wide variety of content, from inclusive leisure proposals to educational resources and in all areas of life, thus promoting the social inclusion and autonomy of people with functional diversity. In addition, the collaboration with different entities and professionals in the sector ensures that its application is constantly updated and adapted to the changing needs of its users.

The app private area is currently accessible only to family members and guardians of the people assisted at AMPANS. It aims to improve the relationship between relatives and guardians with the direct care and social services professionals of the entity. It is designed to promote an even more personalised attention to the person thanks to more agile communication channels that allow a comprehensive monitoring of the person assisted.

The development of the App is one of the projects promoted within the PECT Bagess

The PECT Bagess is a territorial project that was born in 2021 and is coordinated by the City Council of Manresa with the participation of various entities of the social and health field of the Bages region, with a double objective. On the one hand, to improve the quality of life and promote the social inclusion of dependent people and chronic diseases. On the other hand, to promote the economic transformation and digital transition of the public and private social and healthcare sector in the area, making it more competitive, sustainable, resilient and with quality employment.
