The AMPANS and Business Conference is a biennial event that we have been organizing since 1999 to bring companies in our area closer to our work on the socio-labor inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities and support needs, as well as our social economy projects.
This conference aims to be a meeting point between companies in our region that promote synergies, ideas, and relationships that foster a new style of doing business based on values and corporate or business social responsibility. Our mission is to work towards generating employment and social inclusion opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities and those in vulnerable situations in our districts, and to do so, we need the involvement and commitment of the business community. Our main tool to earn the trust of local businesses is to offer competitive, efficient, and reliable products and services, with quality and excellence criteria. The meetings with companies also have an educational and informative aspect about inclusion and social awareness, with the aim of bringing diverse realities closer and creating a common environment that reinforces the values of our social and business community.
We provide a meeting space for businesses and organizations to encourage new perspectives and business opportunities based on values and new socio-economic models that benefit businesses and society as a whole.
All organizations and companies are co-responsible for our environment, people, and the environment. We share new ways of thinking, innovating, and transforming to generate shared value and promote ethical behavior and social commitment.
Raising awareness and promoting good practices is part of the tasks we undertake to develop and carry out our mission. The meeting with businesses allows us to publicize the social responsibility policies that the companies in the area are committed to.
