We support the person in his or her emotional well-being, self-care and health as well as dealing with domestic tasks, financial management and the use of community resources.

Person empowerment

This service is formed by a multidisciplinary team that includes social workers, psychologists and educators that produce, with the person in a disabled situation, a work plan to help the user fully develop in his or her daily life.

Daily support

The person is followed up weekly at their home where they work on the terms agreed.

Supported flats

The independent living support service takes place at the home, owned or rented, of the person assisted. In the event that he or she does not have access to a home, AMPANS has two housing communities where the autonomy support service is also developed.
