The women participating in the programme will follow one of three pathways depending on their professional profile or interests:
1. General pathway
2. Green economy pathway
3. Digital pathway
The three itineraries include workshops on specific job research in each sector, knowledge of the different labour markets, digital skills, green economy or transversal empowerment workshops depending on the itinerary, as well as individual tutorials and group sessions on job orientation and visits to companies in the area.
These actions are subsidised by the ZOCO and are financed by funds from the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan – Funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
