Are you employed and want to improve your professional career?


Projecta't programme promotes guidance and prospecting actions aimed at employed workers. The programme offers support to improve their adaptability to the productive sectors and the job itself, either to promote or to change sector or job. From Ampans we work in the sector of Health and care for people - Socio-cultural services and the community.

Subsidised by the Consorcio para la Formación Continua de Cataluña, regulated by Orden EMT/248/2022.

What do we offer you?

Individualised and personalised support for the improvement and recognition of professional skills. You'll find support to build a training itinerary, to join the labour market, to update your skills and/or to develop your talent. All within the sectors of health and personal care and socio-cultural and community services.

Who is it aimed at?

· Employed workers in Catalonia.

· Discontinuous permanent workers in Catalonia during periods of non-employment.

· Workers in Catalonia in a situation of temporary furlough.

When can you participate?

From 5 January to 5 December 2024

Yes, this programme is subsidised by the Consorcio para la Formación Continua de Cataluña, regulated by the Orden EMT/248/2022.

Improve your professional project

The aim of the programme is to accompany workers to improve professionally with the definition and development of their professional project, thanks to a personalised and individualised career guidance itinerary. Actions will be carried out to identify interests and motivations, to get to know the productive environment and to identify and improve skills through the talent map and to define a tailor-made action plan, which will be developed later.

  • You have professional experience, but you need to accredit it with an official qualification
  • You believe that receiving professional guidance will help you with your daily work at your company
