The main objective of the program is to enhance the employability of vulnerable individuals working in Special Employment Centers and Insertion Companies, supporting their social integration and labor inclusion in regular businesses. This is achieved by fostering their training processes and providing assistance in accessing and retaining employment. The program also includes the development of a plan to strengthen both the Special Employment Center and the Insertion Company at Fundació Ampans.
To achieve this goal, the program operates through two main actions:
1- Employment pathways for individuals facing significant challenges or belonging to vulnerable groups:
-
- Guidance and support during the pre-employment phase or throughout the job integration process.
- Analysis of the business network and job search within regular companies.
- Enhancement of personal and professional skills or qualification acquisition to improve employability.
- Ongoing support to maintain employment.
2- Pathways to strengthen companies and social economy entities:
-
- Professional development for staff at the Special Employment Centre and the Insertion Company.
- Business plans to strengthen the Special Employment Centre and the Insertion Company.
- Promotion of public-private or private-private partnerships, building connections with the business network, and encouraging inter-cooperation with other companies and economic agents.
BENEFICIARIES: 52 workers from the Special Employment Centre and Insertion Company, including individuals with disabilities and those at risk of social exclusion.
