El Casino

A café-bar with more than a hundred years of history

El Casino in Sant Fruitós de Bages is a very welcoming bar and restaurant, designed for pleasant moments and offering healthy, varied cuisine with fresh produce of the day.
The café-bar El Casino has a centenary history that we have recovered through a collaboration with the El Casino theatre group, who were the original founders, and the town council of the municipality. El Casino, which shares space with the Teatre Casal Cultural, is one of the social economy projects that allows us to generate employment opportunities.

When you enter El Casino in Sant Fruitós de Bages you will find yourself at home in a pleasant, relaxed and cheerful atmosphere.
You will be served by a team of people who will make this space one of your favourites for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The views form the terrace

The space at El Casino is privileged in many ways. You enter through a patio-terrace with spectacular views, which makes your meals calm, pleasant and relaxed, an experience that is available to you every day!
It is located at the entrance of the main street of the village, with a large open air car park next to it, very accessible and free of charge.

What will you find at El Casino?

Breakfast and snacks

We make sandwiches, toasts and pastries, which you can accompany with coffees, juices or infusions, we have a wide range of breakfast and snacks options.

Lunches and dinners

A gastronomic offer designed with fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. A simple and carefully selected menu, and an irresistible list of off-menu options.

Vermouths and drinks

With a terrace and air-conditioned premises, we have the perfect place to toast with a good beer or glass of wine. From the menu, we recommend the solidarity wines of the DO Pla de Bages, the Urpina wines.

The village bar

El Casino has always been a meeting place for the residents of Sant Fruitós, and we want to maintain this essence. A place to be and hang out, with no rush.

The theatre café

We share space with the Teatre Casal Cultural. We are open from Tuesday to Saturday, and also whenever there is a performance in the theatre. During the events, we offer a cafeteria service.

Special Employment Center

Our café is a Special Employment Center. People with intellectual or physical disabilities find support and a valuable job opportunity.
