Solidarity Palck" El Tast Inclusiu" - Donation €250

If you choose “Tast Inclusiu”, you can deduct 80% of your donation of €250 from your tax return, i.e. €200 if you are an individual, or 40% from your corporation tax if you are a company.

In the “Tast Inclusiu”, you will find:

  • A plant from the Garden AMPANS
  • A bottle of Dues Mans  wine from Vins Urpina
  • A bottle of Gebrada wine from Vins Urpina
  • An artwork by L’Art de Viure
  • A Garrotxa cheese, semi-cured goat cheese from Formatges Muntanyola
  • A semi-cured goat’s cheese with paprika from Formatges Muntanyola

Solidarity Palck" El Tastet Inclusiu" - Donation €100

If you choose “Tastet Inclusiu”, you can deduct 80% of your donation of 100€ form your tax return, i.e., 80€ if you are an individual, or 40% in your corporate tax if you are a company.

The “Tastet Inclusiu” includes the following products:

  • Two bottles of 3 Nits wine from Vins Urpina
  • A bottle of Gebrada wine from Vins Urpina
  • A semi-cured Garrotxa goat cheese from Formatges Muntanyola

€43 if purchased separately.

"The Solidarity Pack" is a selection of authentic works of art: some will delight your palate, while others will bring life to the spaces you love most. The best part is that not only are they exquisite products, but they also have great social value, as all of them have been created by people with intellectual disabilities at our special work center or in the artistic workshops. Moreover, you can deduct them from your income tax or corporate tax return, as your contribution to the AMPANS Foundation benefits from the tax advantages outlined in Law 49/2002.

To make the payment, enter €100 or €250 in the 'Other Amounts' box, depending on the solidarity pack you choose. Once the donation has been made, your pack will be ready for collection at Garden AMPANS within 48 hours.

For the remaining amount, the deduction percentage is 40%, increasing to 45% if you have donated consecutively for more than two years. For example, if you donate €300, you can deduct €220: €200 for the first €250 and €20 for the rest of your donation.

Deduction for donations IS (legal entities) If you make a donation as a legal entity, you can deduct 40% of the donated amount. If you have been donating to AMPANS for more than two years without reducing the amount, you can deduct up to 50%.

FUNDACIÓ AMPANS is an entity recognized under Article 16 of Law 49/2002, dated December 23, on the ‘Tax Regime for Non-Profit Entities and Tax Incentives for Patronage.’ As such, donations made can benefit from the tax incentives outlined in Articles 19, 20, and 21 of the aforementioned law.
