We accompany individuals in their job search through personalized programs. Through our job placement service, we provide support, guidance, and career orientation.
A more fair and equal society takes into account career guidance and training services to attend to the rights and needs of individuals with intellectual or functional disabilities or those in vulnerable situations. Young people participated in the New Opportunities Center (CNO) in 2021.
People were assisted by the Employment Placement Service in 2021, 344 with disabilities, and 383 in situations of vulnerability.
Employment contracts were signed in 2021, 68% in regular companies and 32% through Protected Work (CET and ISSL).
People were trained with Professional Certificates, complementary training, or DUAL Training, among others, in 2021.
