La Parada, a new residential, training and employment facility

La Parada is a social project of public-private collaboration with the Manresa City Council and with the seal of RCR Arquitectos that will combine in the same building the stay of people with different degrees of disability and ageing, with daytime activities, training classrooms and a restaurant, open to the public, and that will generate 20 jobs with support.

In total, La Parada will have 60 places, 48 of which will be residential homes, and double and single flats. All have communal spaces, with terrace or balcony, and direct access to the outside.

La Parada is a landscape that transforms, not a building

It is a sustainable and intelligent EQUIPMENT, that will facillitate support and services to people living and in the community. It is oriented towards the needs of the residents, respecting their privacy, but at the same time it explicitly seeks communication with the community, creating spaces open to citizens.

It is COMMUNITY. La Parada will have large spaces for socialising: restaurants, training, gardens and multi-purpose spaces, creating new ways of socialising and integrating into the life of the neighbourhood.

It is a LUNG. La Parada is a landscape, the expansion of public space, the continuation of the green area of Camí Vell de Santpedor. It is a new park for the neighbourhood with 2,000m2 of garden and a hundred trees. A unique and singular space to live in relation to nature, a place of wellbeing and health.

It is DIGITALISATION. Through an App adapted to easy reading, people will be able to request telematically:
Services associated with physical well-being and health
Facility services: Rental of security and home automation tools.

Deduction for donations IRPF (individuals) For individuals, the deduction for donations varies depending on the amount donated. Donations up to €250 are deductible at 80%. For the remaining amount, the deduction percentage is 40%, increasing to 45% if you have donated consecutively for more than two years. For example, if you donate €300, you can deduct €220: €200 for the first €250 and €20 for the rest of your donation.

Deduction for donations IS (legal entities) If you make a donation as a legal entity, you can deduct 40% of the donated amount. If you have been donating to AMPANS for more than two years without reducing the amount, you can deduct up to 50%.

Did you know that solidarity is rewarded?

You will be able to deduct 80% of the first €250 you contribute and, from that amount, 40%. In addition, if for 3 consecutive years you have contributed to making full inclusion a reality through your donations to the AMPANS Foundation and always with the same amount, or more, your tax relief in this last bracket will increase to 45%.

As a company you will be able to deduct 40% of the contribution you have made to the AMPANS Foundation from your corporation tax. If the contribution as a company has been constant during the last three fiscal years with an amount always equal or higher, you will be able to deduct from the Corporate Tax 50% of the contribution. The deduction limit will be 10% of the taxable base.
