Course in Customer Service and Replenishment

The CP in Customer Service and Replenishment of the Incorpora Training Point aims to train people to carry out auxiliary activities of replenishment and conditioning of the point of sale and proximity delivery, following instructions and established criteria, using the necessary equipment, respecting health and safety regulations, and providing, if necessary, protocolised and structured attention and information to the customer at the point of sale or in the proximity delivery service.
