A care model for all stages of life

For a life like yours and mine. Like everyone's.
Throughout our journey, we have focused all of our activity on protecting and defending the rights of people with intellectual disabilities and their families, and on generating support and opportunities that contribute to a dignified life and full social inclusion. The right to have a dignified image, an autonomous and quality life, access to a job, choose and have the necessary support, be heard, decide for oneself… these are rights, all of them collected in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, which we all should be able to enjoy.
It is based on rights and a way of working that places the person at the center of all activity, that we have developed a care model that has continuous attention and community inclusion as its main focus, through centers, services, programs, and supports that embrace all stages of life and responds to the needs of each person. Following the legacy of our founders, we must ensure that people feel accompanied, heard, and valued and that we are a useful entity for their lives and society.
Our way of working is defined by warmth in treatment and care in all the details that surround people and services.
From facilities that stand out for their social and community architecture, comfortable and adapted, equipped with home automation technology that favors personal well-being, safety, and autonomy of people, and social networks, and with the human and technical resources necessary to be able to develop in day-to-day life and make personal projects a reality.
In the labor field, we have deployed a wide range of social entrepreneurship projects to promote labor inclusion. The diversity of economic sectors in which we participate allows us great flexibility and adaptability to the needs of our clients, who, together with our suppliers, become necessary collaborators to develop our mission.
Our job is to support people and families to make daily life easier, and for people to have all the necessary support so that they can be the ones who take control of their own lives, make decisions for themselves, and be heard and respected. With an entrepreneurial spirit and a restless attitude that helps us anticipate needs, we have been adapting the care model to the new challenges that arise, sharing our way of working with other entities and professionals in the sector and expanding our proposal to new profiles of people who also require support.
